  Contacted the store online to ask a few questions and the lady who answered was awfully blunt and didn't have the time of day to help. Shouldn't be in customer service with a personality like that.

  Um i might give more stars if someone would answer the god dam phones, i run a store and if i didnt answer my phone i would have no customers grrr telstra

  Very unprofessional. Very misleading. Was offered accessory and was told they came with the phone. I did question this over and over again but was told they were free. Upon receiving my Telstra account I noticed they were added on. Contacted store, waiting for manager to call, no reply. Finally after I eventually called the manager back she contacted the person who had initially served me. She blatantly told me that this wasn't the case. Extremely disappointing. You should not mislead customers in offering freebies and then deceiving them in adding cost to their account. Be aware of any free offers from this store. Manager not helpful at all.
