  I recently took out Landlords Insurance with them, and in this they excel. I've had to make a claim for water damaged carpet, and they're very helpful, making phone calls on my behalf and doing all the heavy work. They ring periodically to find out how everything is going with the claim, and if there's any problems, they chase it up for you immediately.
